For one day, buy absolutely nothing.
That’s it. Spend no money, on anything, for one day. If that’s too easy, try three days. Or a week. Or a month.
So much of our spending is habit. Impulse. We see something we like, we buy it. I believe that happiness is found when your impulse to buy is replaced with your commitment to live simply. Break your spending habits by taking a day off from consumerism.
